If you aren’t feeling enough of the financial squeeze lately at the gas pump, try visiting your favorite restaurant. Food costs keep climbing, but May brings new restaurant promotions – many tied to Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day or the start of summer.

Use the deals below to stretch your dollars and potentially save more than $100 in May. Plus, enroll in loyalty programs, check out restaurant apps and grab gift card deals for more savings.

If you head to TGI Fridays on May 5, you can score a $5 classic margarita. If you join the rewards program, you can also get free chips and salsa.

Your Cinco de Mayo trip to Moe’s can come with a free gift. As noted by Franchise Wire, any in-store entree purchase qualifies you for free queso. By the way, if you’re a loyalty member, you can enjoy that free queso from May 5-10.
