MoneyLion Login Streak Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion

The MoneyLion Login Streak Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited time campaign that begins on September 4, 2023 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 3, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). 

This Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (together with its affiliates, “MoneyLion”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy, Utah 84091-1547.  MoneyLion will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new MoneyLion users (w) who successfully register for a MoneyLion account during the Promotional Period (including fully completing the onboarding process), (x) who are currently legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (y) who have reached the age of majority in their state as of the beginning of the Promotional Period and (z) who receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion directly from MoneyLion (each, a “Participant”).  Individuals who are existing MoneyLion users before the Promotional Period or who previously had a registered MoneyLion account are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

The Promotion

Participants who receive an official email from MoneyLion to participate in the Promotion or receive an invitation to participate in the Promotion in the MoneyLion mobile application (the “MoneyLion App”) must successfully login to the MoneyLion App for seven (7) consecutive days immediately following their participation in the Promotion in order to receive the Reward (as defined below) (a “Qualifying Login Streak”).  The first one hundred (100) Participants per day during the Promotional Period who achieve a Qualifying Login Streak (the “Winners”) will receive $5.00 (USD) (the “Reward”).

Winners with RoarMoney accounts in good standing will receive their Reward credited to their RoarMoney account within fourteen (14) calendar days of winning the Reward, subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of any Reward.  Winners will have the option to receive a check made payable to their order in lieu of the credit into the Winner’s RoarMoney account if they do not have an open RoarMoney account.  Any Winner that does not have an open RoarMoney account will be required to complete a Form W-9 within two (2) business days of notification or will be disqualified from receiving the Reward. 

By participating in this Promotion, the Winner authorizes MoneyLion or its agent to deposit the Reward into their RoarMoney account.  A Winner will forfeit their reward if their RoarMoney account is not in good standing, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or is otherwise unable to receive the Reward.

Each Participant is eligible to receive only one Rewardunder this Promotion. Once the Participant has received their Reward or if the Promotional Period passes and the Participant did not achieve a Qualifying Login Streak, then the Participant is no longer eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Miscellaneous

MoneyLion will issue each Participant any applicable tax forms if required by law.  Reward recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Reward, and should consult with their own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same. 

In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you.  MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Participant from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise receive a Reward in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms.  MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek return and/or reimbursement of any Reward which, in MoneyLion’s sole discretion, was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.  MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Reward that a purported Winner may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements or violated these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting the Reward, the Participant agrees to fully release MoneyLion and its directors, officers, representatives and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind by participating in this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, including acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Reward.
