They say that health as well. That makes sense, right? Your body and your mind, well, those are investments in the more attention you pay to what you’re putting into them, the more control you have at what you get out of them. One of my favorite recommendations for stress, reducing stress, and handling stress is community and social support. It’s been found to be one of the single most important factors to human health. We’re tribal, where community-based creatures. And for that reason, we need to make sure we’re cultivating quality community in our life. And what that means is connecting with like-minded people who share common interests of yours that can better humanity. Being with people who are loving and accepting, warm and open. We know in medicine that loneliness is one of the number one stressors to the human system. So if you’re financially stressed and feeling lonely, you’re in a place where stress is really going to affect you. So finding community and social support is a number one recommendation for me. And remember, just like with investing, good health is always about consistency, and the most satisfying gains come with patience, time, and routine.
