SWEEPSTAKES NAME: MoneyLion Beast Games Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This Giveaway begins at approximately 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 19, 2024 and ends at approximately 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 27, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: This Giveaway is open only to a MoneyLion account holder in good standing who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and D.C and who is at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry (individually, an “Eligible Entrant” and collectively, the “Eligible Entrants,” and once actually entered into the Giveaway, individually, an “Entrant” and collectively, the “Entrants”).
The following classes of persons are not eligible to enter the Giveaway: Sponsor, Off One’s Base, LLC, Amazon Alternative, LLC, Amazon Studios LLC, Amazon Content Services LLC and their respective directors, officers, employees, franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Giveaway, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses. Any person who has been convicted in a court of law or entered a plea of guilty or no contest to any felony or any crime involving moral turpitude, dishonesty or theft, or who has been convicted in a court of law or entered a plea of guilty or no contest to Driving While Intoxicated within the 10-year period prior the Giveaway Period will not be eligible to win any prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
INITIAL ENTRY: For one (1) single initial entry (each, an “Initial Entry” and collectively, the “Initial Entries”):
- Prospective Entrants who are not MoneyLion account holders as of the Initial Entry must complete and submit the registration form (the “Registration Form”) for the Giveaway, available online at www.moneylion.com/beastgames, and will be required to provide their full name, email address and date of birth and create a password in the Registration Form in order to create a MoneyLion account, become an Eligible Entrant to participate in this Giveaway and submit their Initial Entry.
- Prospective Entrants who are existing MoneyLion account holders as of the Initial Entry must log-in to their MoneyLion account online at www.moneylion.com (including www.moneylion.com/beastgames) or via the MoneyLion mobile application and click the related Entry button for the Giveaway in order to submit their Initial Entry.
LIMIT ONE (1) INITIAL ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD.
ADDITIONAL DAILY ENTRIES: To earn one (1) additional entry every day during the Giveaway Period (including, for the avoidance of doubt, on the date of the Initial Entry) (each, an “Additional Entry” and collectively, the “Additional Entries”; the Additional Entries together with the Initial Entries shall be referred to herein collectively as the “Entries” and individually as an “Entry”), log in to your MoneyLion account via the MoneyLion mobile application and click the “Beast Bonus” button for the Giveaway to submit an additional entry into the Giveaway. LIMIT ONE (1) ADDITIONAL ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT PER DAY DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD. An Entrant may submit their single Initial Entry and one (1) Additional Entry on the same day. For purposes of these Official Rules, a day is defined as the time between 12:00:00 a.m. ET and 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Each Eligible Entrant must submit an Entry on their own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s information will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any Prize (as defined herein). In the event of a dispute as to a specific Entry, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the Entrant, and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules.
By submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these Official Rules. By submitting an Entry, each Entrant consents to participate in this Giveaway and consents to any Released Party contacting such Entrant via email, by physical mail, telephone or any other form of communication for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, to make such Entrant aware of information pertinent to this Giveaway and for other uses by the Released Parties as permitted by these Official Rules and by applicable law. In addition, by submitting an Entry, the Entrant also agrees to receive marketing materials or information regarding Sponsor’s featured products and services, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives through email or physical mail from Sponsor or its agents. Entrants may opt out of further email communication at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of promotional emails from Sponsor.
All information submitted by an Entrant (including the Entries) will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Use of mechanically reproduced or automated entry or similar devices which are used to participate in contravention of these Official Rules or otherwise “game” or subvert the entry process is prohibited, and all purported Entries submitted or otherwise effectuated through such devices are void and will not be honored in any way. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, fraudulent activity of any kind, disruption or damage will be disqualified from the Giveaway in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to void any Entry that is posted through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar duplication method, or posted through any third-party website, and to disqualify any Entrant using such a method. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, stolen, delayed, incomplete, or, misdirected Entries. Incomplete, inaccurate, unintelligible or late Entries submitted and/or Entries which otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules will be deemed void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor at its sole discretion.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical, hardware or software malfunctions of any network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer or other electronic equipment or software; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications (whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway); failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion; unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any social media site; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to Entrant or any other person’s computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or uploading/downloading any materials in connection with this Giveaway.
Use of a mobile device to participate in this Giveaway is not required. If you use a mobile device to post an Entry, message and data rates may apply, and Eligible Entrants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable charges. RANDOM DRAWINGS / SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS: Sponsor will conduct eight (8) random drawings (each, a “Random Drawing”) from among all Entries received at the time each Random Drawing is conducted to determine the winners (each, a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) of the prizes described herein (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). Entries received and not selected in a previous Random Drawing will be eligible for subsequent Random Drawings. The Random Drawings will be conducted by Promotion Compliance Group 365, LLC d/b/a PCG365, the administrator of the Giveaway, whose decisions in all matters relating to this Giveaway are final. The Random Drawings shall be conducted on or about the dates set forth below (or such other dates as Sponsor may determine and notify to Entrants in its sole discretion).
- Random Drawing #1: One thousand (1,000) Winners will be randomly selected from among all Entries and received on or about February 10, 2025;
- Random Drawing #2: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about April 7, 2025;
- Random Drawing #3: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about May 11, 2025;
- Random Drawing #4: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about June 15, 2025;
- Random Drawing #5: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about July 3, 2025;
- Random Drawing #6: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about September 1, 2025;
- Random Drawing #7: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about October 31, 2025; and
- Random Drawing #8: One (1) Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received on or about November 28, 2025.
ODDS: The odds of winning will depend upon the number of Entries validly received during the Giveaway Period at the time of each Random Drawing.
PRIZES:
RANDOM DRAWING #1 PRIZES: One thousand (1,000) Winners will each receive one (1) thousand dollars ($1,000), which shall be deposited into a MoneyLion “RoarMoney” demand deposit account (a “RoarMoney Account”) as described further below. The approximate retail value (“APV”) of each Random Drawing #1 Prize: $1,000.
RANDOM DRAWING #2 – #8 PRIZES: For Random Drawing #2 through Random Drawing #8, one (1) Winner for each Random Drawing will receive an amount, which shall be deposited into a RoarMoney Account as described further below, that will be publicly announced on or about the dates set forth below during an episode of the Amazon “Beast Games” game show corresponding to each Random Drawing. Sponsor shall publish the Prize amounts for each Random Drawing online at www.moneylion.com/beastgames and on the MoneyLion mobile application following the announcement. A total amount of $3,200,000 will be awarded to the Winners of Random Drawing #2 through Random Drawing #8. The total APV for Random Drawing #2 Prize, Random Drawing #3 Prize, Random Drawing #4 Prize, Random Drawing #5 Prize, Random Drawing #6 Prize, Random Drawing #7 Prize and Random Drawing #8 Prize, collectively: $3,200,000.

THE TOTAL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $4,200,000. An individual and/or household may win one (1) Prize in Random Drawing #1 and remain eligible to win one (1) additional Prize in Random Drawing #2 through #8, provided they meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules. Limit up to two (2) Prizes per individual and/or household. Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned until awarded. All Winners will be required to successfully open a RoarMoney Account within ten (10) days of being confirmed a Winner (such period as may be extended by Sponsor in its discretion). Sponsor shall deposit the applicable Prize for each Winner within ten (10) days after such Winner’s RoarMoney Account has been opened and/or confirmed (such period as may be extended by Sponsor in its discretion). By participating in the Giveaway, a Winner authorizes Sponsor or its agent to deposit the Prize funds into their RoarMoney account. Prize funds deposited into a Winner’s RoarMoney Account will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the RoarMoney account agreement. In the event a Winner does not qualify for a RoarMoney Account (as determined by Sponsor) and has otherwise met all eligibility requirements and complied with these Official Rules, that Winner will receive one (1) check in the amount of the applicable Prize, which will be made payable to the Winner’s order.
By accepting a Prize, each Winner agrees to release the Released Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind by entering the Giveaway or for damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any Prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winners.
An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to each Winner as required by law. Winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, an IRS W-9 Form and any other required forms and customary diligence (including compliance screening and eligibility verification) provided to or requested of them, each to be returned within three (3) business days of written notification, or, at Sponsor’s discretion, that Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected in an alternate Random Drawing from among all remaining Entries. If a potential Winner fails to respond to Sponsor’s notification within three (3) business days of the initial contact by Sponsor, then, at Sponsor’s discretion, such person may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected from among all remaining Entries to award that Prize. Winners of Random Drawing #2 through #8 Prizes will be required to complete, sign and return a Criminal Background Screening form within three (3) business days of the initial contact by Sponsor. If a Random Drawing #2 through #8 Prize Winner’s criminal background investigation consists of any criminal record, and/or a social media review indicates inappropriate content as set forth in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify that Prize Winner. In the event a Random Drawing #2 through #8 Prize Winner’s personal social media account contains misleading claims about Sponsor and its products or services, that defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor, its products or services, or other people or companies; or communicates any message or image that is inconsistent with Sponsor’s positive image and/or good will with which Sponsor wishes to associate or contains content that violates any rule, law or regulation, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify that Prize Winner.
ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. If an entrant wins a Prize and is later to be found to be in violation of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit that Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of that Prize if the violation is discovered after that Winner has used the Prize.
By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, each Winner grants to Sponsor, its affiliates and related companies and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor a revocable, perpetual right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time a Winner’s name, Entry and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, without limitation or further compensation, and without review, approval or notification, unless prohibited by law. Each Winner may revoke this license and opt out of any such further use by calling 1-888-704-6970 or by emailing Sponsor at [email protected], except that such opt out shall not apply to any uses that were already publicly disseminated (including on MoneyLion websites or the MoneyLion mobile app) prior to that Winner’s exercise of this opt out right.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, ANY PRIZE.
