THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THESE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW. Sweepstakes Name: MoneyLion 2024 Back-to-School Hotline Activation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
Sponsor: MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (“Sponsor”), P.O. Box 1547, Sandy Utah 84091-1547.
Sweepstakes Period: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on August 13, 2024 and ends on August 30, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility Requirements: Each entrant (each an “Entrant” and, collectively, “Entrants”) or nominee (each a “Nominee” and, collectively, “Nominees”) must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. With respect to Nominees only, each Nominee, in addition to the preceding eligibility requirements, must be a (A) teacher or non-teacher employee of a school and (B) nominated by an Entrant pursuant to a valid Entry, as defined and detailed below.
Despite the foregoing, the following classes of persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: employees, officers, and directors of MoneyLion Technologies Inc., and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.
How to Enter – Two (2) Entry Methods:
- Nominate a Teacher or Non-Teacher Employee of School. To qualify for a single, valid Entry, an Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by satisfying the following requirements:
- Call the toll-free telephone number at 1-888-626-0071 and
- Follow the instructions or prompts provided during the call to nominate a teacher or non-teacher employee of a school.
- Alternative Means of Entry (“AMOE”) Method. To qualify for a single, valid Entry via the AMOE method, an Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by satisfying the following requirements:
- Visit the online AMOE form here during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Fully complete the registration page with all required information, including name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, birth date and phone number(s) (including area code(s)).
- Click the “Submit” button to submit your AMOE.
- Each AMOE submission is the equivalent of one (1) Entry.
Entries made in accordance with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules are collectively referred to as the “Entries” or individually as an “Entry.”
Each Entrant may submit only one (1) Entry per Nominee. Entrants may submit an unlimited number of Entries under this Sweepstakes, provided that each Entry submitted is for a different Nominee. Each Entry must be original and cannot be submitted more than once. Any duplicate Entries will be void. All Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will be void.
Each Entrant must submit an Entry on their own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s personally identifiable information will be disqualified and ineligible to claim a Prize (as defined below). No mechanically or artificially reproduced or automated Entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such Entries will be deemed void. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant agrees that Sponsor and its agents are authorized to contact the Entrant via email, by physical mail, telephone, or any other form of communication to make the Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant also agrees to receive marketing materials or information regarding Sponsor’s featured product(s), special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives through email or physical mail from Sponsor or its agents. Entrants may opt out of further email communication at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located in the footer of promotional emails from Sponsor.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant agrees to release Sponsor and the Released Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law.
All information submitted by an Entrant will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.moneylion.com/privacy-notice. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or otherwise damaged Entries, or for Entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received, or otherwise lost, due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or misentry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, all of which will be disqualified. Sponsor and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any failure on the part of the Entrant to complete a valid Entry.
ENTRIES ARE THE VIEWS OR OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF THE SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER.
Random Drawing / Selection of Winning Nominees: A total of one (1) nominee (the “Winning Nominee”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries. Once an Entry has been selected to win, it is no longer eligible to win under this Sweepstakes. A Winning Nominee can win only once during the Sweepstakes; as a result, once an individual has won a Prize, they are no longer eligible to win under this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries at the time of the random drawing. All random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.
The winning Entrant will be contacted by Sponsor regarding, among other things, how the Winning Nominee corresponding to their winning Entry can claim the Prize. The Winning Nominee must respond within two (2) business days of Sponsor’s notification to the winning Entrant to claim their Prize, and may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form provided to them to be returned within two (2) business days of written notification. If the Winning Nominee fails to respond to Sponsor’s notification within two (2) business days, then such person may be disqualified by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case an alternate winner will be awarded the Prize at issue.
The Prize will be awarded in the form of a check (or such other form as determined by Sponsor). A Winning Nominee may be required to complete a Form W-9 within five (5) calendar days of notification or will be disqualified from receiving the Prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal value in the event that the Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. The Prize is not transferable or assignable.
Odds: The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize / Prize Conditions: The Winning Nominee will receive a Prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000) (the “Prize”). A total of one (1) Prize will be awarded under this Sweepstakes consisting of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the nominated teacher or school administrator (i.e., the Winning Nominee). The Prize will be directly awarded to the teacher or school administrator nominated in the winning Entries. Sponsor will contact the winning Entrant to facilitate the prize distribution.
By accepting the Prize, the Winning Nominee agrees to release Sponsor and the Released Parties, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law.
Additional Rules & Restrictions:
By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, Entrants and the Winning Nomine agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, and agree that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any participant in this Sweepstakes, whether an Entrant, Winning Nominee, or otherwise, is at any time found to be in violation of these Official Rules, they will be required to forfeit the Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the Prize if the violation is discovered after the Prize has been awarded. False, fraudulent, or deceptive Entries or acts shall render participants ineligible for or disqualified from any Prize and this Sweepstakes.
By submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, an Entrant and the Winning Nominee grants to Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the revocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the Entrant’s and Winning Nominee’s name and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, without limitation or further compensation, and without review, approval or notification, unless prohibited by law. An Entrant or Winning Nominee may revoke this license and opt out of any such further use by calling 1-888-704-6970 or by emailing Sponsor at [email protected], except that such opt out shall not apply to any uses that were already publicly disseminated (including on the MoneyLion websites or the MoneyLion mobile app) prior to the entrant’s exercise of this opt out right.
By submitting an Entry, the Entrant warrants and represents that (A) Entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other legal or moral rights of any person or entity (including the Nominee); (B) Entry is the Entrant’s original work, it has not been previously published and the Entrant owns all rights to the Entry, including without limitation, copyrights, and has received all required permissions and consents from any third parties; and (C) the Entrant will indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and related entities, agents and assigns from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of the Entrant’s representations and warranties herein, the Entry, the Entrant’s conduct in creating the Entry and/or the Nominee’s acceptance or use of any prize or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, the Released Parties and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use of misuse of a Prize. The Winning Nominee acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to a Prize. Sponsor may disqualify an Entry if it is deemed to have violated these Official Rules. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Sponsor will be disqualified and all associated Reward Entries will be void. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Reward Entries will be void. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any entrant (and void his/her Reward Entry/ies) whose conduct potentially compromises this Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion, if terminated, to award the Prize(s) from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
DISPUTES: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; B) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, UNLESS YOU HAVE OPTED OUT, THE DISPUTES AGREEMENT TO WHICH YOU ARE ALREADY A PARTY EXTENDS TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE DEFINITION OF “CLAIM” INCLUDES ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED.

Box 1547, Sandy Utah 84091-1547. Requests must be received by October 31, 2024. Please specify which document you are requesting. Residents of Vermont may exclude return postage.
