Dee Choubey
Founder, CEO, and President
Diwakar (Dee) Choubey co-founded MoneyLion in 2013 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since inception. Prior to co-founding MoneyLion, Mr. Choubey was a senior investment banking professional at Barclays from 2011 to 2013. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Choubey was a Vice President at Citadel Securities from 2009 to 2011. Prior to joining Citadel, Mr. Choubey was an investment banking professional at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2009 and Citigroup from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Choubey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from the University of Chicago. Mr. Choubey is a valuable member of the Board of Directors because of his extensive experience as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MoneyLion.
Rick Correia
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Richard (Rick) Correia joined MoneyLion in 2016 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining MoneyLion, Mr. Correia served in various roles at Citadel from 2008 to 2016, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Surveyor Capital. Prior to joining Citadel, Mr. Correia served in various roles at Merrill Lynch from 2001 to 2008, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Alternative Investments. Previously, Mr. Correia was a Manager at Accenture. Mr. Correia received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Canada.
Tim Hong
Chief Product Officer
Timmie (Tim) Hong joined MoneyLion in 2015 and serves as its Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining MoneyLion, Mr. Hong was a part of the founding team of Tsumobi from 2011 to 2015, where he was responsible for growth, marketing, product and analytics. Previously, Mr. Hong was Senior Vice President of Product Development and Analytics at EmSense Corporation. Mr. Hong holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Engineering and Physics from MIT.
Cynthia Kleinbaum
Chief Customer Officer
Cynthia Kleinbaum joined MoneyLion in April 2022 and serves as its Chief Customer Officer. Prior to joining MoneyLion, Mrs. Kleinbaum served in various roles at Walmart from 2018 to 2022, most recently as the VP of Marketing for Digital Acceleration initiatives: Online Grocery, Membership and Mobile Apps. Prior to joining Walmart, Mrs. Kleinbaum led marketing teams in the digitally native retailers Gilt Groupe and Bonobos. Previously, Mrs. Kleinbaum was a strategy consultant at the New York City office of The Boston Consulting Group and a brand manager at Nestle Mexico. Mrs. Kleinbaum received a Bachelor of Business from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston. She lives in New York City with her husband and 2 kids.
Jeff Frommer
Chief Content Officer
Jeff joined MoneyLion in March of 2022 as Chief Content Officer, overseeing all of the firm’s brand and content activities. Prior to this, Jeff spent five years at Adobe, building and leading the Digital Publishing business, growing it from a $3M venture to a $120M business. He then co-founded MALKA, an award-winning creative studio powering some of the largest brands in America’s storytelling, which was acquired by MoneyLion. He holds a degree from Rutgers University, where he sits on the Business School’s advisory board.
Phill Rosen
CEO of Even
Phillip Rosen founded Even with the goal of filling the gaps that he identified in financial services acquisition. A software engineer by training, Phill has worked with numerous startups in the intersection of data analytics, API-driven marketplaces and ad-tech. Prior to starting Even, Phill co-founded Orchard Platform, a platform for institutional online lending, where he served as Vice President of Engineering. A New York City native, Phill lives in Brooklyn with his wife.
