$10 Referral + $50 Direct Deposit Limited Time Promotion 2024
Promotion Period
The $10 Referral + $50 Direct Deposit Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time campaign, starting on Apr 17, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and ending on Apr 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET (each period, the “Sign Up Period”). The Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (“MoneyLion”).
Eligibility
This Promotion is available to MoneyLion users who receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion directly from MoneyLion and have a RoarMoneySM demand deposit account (“RoarMoney account”) in good standing (each a “Referrer”), and those individuals who are not MoneyLion users, and who receive an invitation and referral code to join MoneyLion, as described below, from a Referrer (each a “Referred Individual”). Referred Individuals who currently have any account with MoneyLion or have previously had any account with MoneyLion will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Referrers and Referred Individuals are referred to together below as “Participants.”
The Promotion
Referrers who receive the Promotion email or see the Promotion information in the MoneyLion mobile application (the “MoneyLion App”) will have to complete the stipulated tasks within the Sign Up Period to be eligible to participate or earn rewards from the Promotion. Participants will not be able to participate or earn rewards from the Promotion if the Referred Individual creates a RoarMoney account past the Sign Up Period. When the Referred Individual completes the stipulated tasks within 60 days of opening their RoarMoney Account (the “Promotion Period”), both the Referrer and the Referred Individual will receive the corresponding reward described below.

Rewards will be deposited into your RoarMoney account within fourteen (14) days of completing the qualifying action(s), subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of any reward. By participating in this Promotion, a Participant authorizes MoneyLion or its agent to deposit any reward into their RoarMoney account. A Participant will forfeit their reward if their RoarMoney account is not in good standing, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or is otherwise unable to receive the reward.
For a direct deposit to qualify, it must be a recurring direct deposit made by the Referred Individual’s employer, payroll provider, or benefits payer by Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposit. Bank ACH transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check and cash transfers are not qualifying direct deposits and are ineligible to be considered for this Promotion. It may take several pay cycles for your direct deposit to be detected.
At all times, the Referred Individual is only eligible for one $10 Bonus and one $50 Bonus, and a Referrer shall only be eligible for one $10 Bonus and one $50 Bonus for each Referred Individual who completes the stipulated actions above within each period. In no instance shall the Referrer receive more than one $10 Bonus and $50 Bonus for the same Referred Individual.
For the avoidance of doubt, if a Referred Individual does not input a valid referral code when prompted by MoneyLion, the Referrer and Referred Individual will not be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion. If a Referred Individual inputs an incorrect but valid referral code belonging to a different Referrer, the Referred Individual and the party that is assigned that referral code will be eligible to receive the Bonus. A Referred Individual cannot change or add a referral code after registering to become a MoneyLion user.
Each Referred Individual acknowledges that by inputting the unique referral code received from a Referrer, and/or payment of the $10 Bonus or $50 Bonus to the Referrer will result in the Referrer’s knowledge that the Referred Individual has registered to become a MoneyLion user and/or opened a RoarMoney account, and has switched their direct deposit to their RoarMoney account.
Miscellaneous
MoneyLion will issue each party any applicable tax forms. Bonus recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Bonus, and should consult with its own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same. In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you. MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Referrer or Referred individual from participating in this Promotion if both or either solicited the Bonus in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek reimbursement of any Bonus which in MoneyLion’s sole discretion was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. This Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Pathward. MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Bonus that a Referrer or Referred Individual may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements, or violated these terms and conditions. A Referrer or Referred Individual who receives the Bonus is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Reward.
