The $10 Referral + $50 Direct Deposit Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time campaign, starting on July 17, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and ending on July 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”).
The Promotion is offered by MoneyLion Technologies Inc. (“MoneyLion”) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
This Promotion is available to (A) MoneyLion users who (i) receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion directly from MoneyLion via an official email regarding the Promotion or through the MoneyLion mobile application (the “MoneyLion App”) and (ii) have a RoarMoney SM demand deposit account in good standing (each, a “Referrer”), and (B) those individuals who (i) have a direct, personal and non-commercial relationship with the Referrer, (ii) are not MoneyLion users and (iii) receive an invitation and referral code to join MoneyLion, as described below, from a Referrer (each, a “Referred Individual”). Referrers and Referred Individuals are referred to together herein as “Participants.”
Referred Individuals who currently have any account with MoneyLion or have previously had any account with MoneyLion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
Entry Requirements
Participants have to complete the following actions during the requisite period indicated below in order to earn the associated Rewards:

*Each direct deposit must be recurring (meaning the deposit must be made more than once) and made by the Referred Individual’s employer, payroll provider or benefits payer in the form of an Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) direct deposit and must be successfully detected in the Referred Individual’s RoarMoney account by MoneyLion in order to complete the required action, which may take several pay cycles. Bank ACH transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer-to-peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App or Venmo, mobile check funds, tax refunds (state and federal), economic impact payments or similar state or federal payments and cash deposits do not qualify under this Promotion.
Rewards
The $10 Bonuses and $50 Bonuses are each referred to herein as a “Reward” and collectively, the “Rewards.” The $10 Bonuses and $50 Bonuses will be deposited into the Participant’s RoarMoney account as applicable within fourteen (14) days of completing the stipulated action(s), subject to any delays or other circumstances which may delay the deposit of any reward. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant authorizes MoneyLion or its agent to deposit any Reward into their RoarMoney account. A Participant will forfeit their reward if their RoarMoney account is not in good standing, including if it is closed, suspended or was not opened, as determined by MoneyLion in its sole discretion, or is otherwise unable to receive the Reward.
At all times, (A) any Referred Individual is only eligible for one (1) $10 Bonus and one (1) $50 Bonus, and (B) any Referrer is only eligible for one (1) $10 Bonus and one (1) $50 Bonus for each Referred Individual who completes the stipulated actions above within the relevant time period. In no instance shall a Referrer receive more than one (1) $10 Bonus and one (1) $50 Bonus for the same Referred Individual.
For the avoidance of doubt, if a Referred Individual does not input a valid referral code when prompted by MoneyLion, the Referrer and Referred Individual will not be eligible to receive Rewards under this Promotion. If a Referrer refers a Referred Individual who inputs an incorrect (i.e., not the referral code of the Referrer) but valid referral code belonging to a different Referrer, the Referred Individual and the third party that is assigned such valid referral code will be eligible to receive the applicable Rewards under this Promotion. A Referred Individual cannot change or add a referral code after registering to become a MoneyLion user. Each Referred Individual acknowledges that by inputting the unique referral code received from a Referrer, which may result in the payment of the $10 Bonus and the $50 Bonus to the Referrer, the Referrer will become aware that the Referred Individual has registered to become a MoneyLion user and opened a RoarMoney account and, if applicable, has switched their direct deposit to their RoarMoney account.
Miscellaneous
MoneyLion will issue each Participant any applicable tax forms if required by law. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may be associated with receiving a Reward, and should consult with their own financial, tax and/or legal advisor(s) regarding the same.
In its sole discretion, MoneyLion may change or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice to you. MoneyLion reserves the right to review and disqualify, at any time and in its sole discretion, any Participant from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these terms and conditions or otherwise receive a Reward in a manner inconsistent with these Promotion terms. MoneyLion further reserves the right not to honor and/or seek return and/or reimbursement of any Reward which, in MoneyLion’s sole discretion, was solicited in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions. MoneyLion may choose to withhold or claw back any Reward that a purported Participant may receive under this Promotion if MoneyLion believes that they engaged in fraud, did not satisfy the eligibility requirements or violated these terms and conditions.
By accepting the Reward, the Participant agrees to fully release MoneyLion, its employees, officers and directors and its respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind by participating in this Promotion or in connection with the Reward, including acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Reward.
